The NNCTR/ INCTR Nepal has a near gender balanced Executive Committee consisting of 13 members (5 female and 4 male) and headed by the chairperson. It is also consists of various thematic coordinators and program officers to lead specific activities. Currently, it has 5 full time, 14 part timer and 88 volunteers making a workforce of 106 persons. NNCTR maintain network with many medical and non-medical professionals of whose assistance used to be solicited while organizing service camps on cancer screening, uterine prolapse treatment, vaccination, and training of service providers. The force can assist the NNCTR activities as back up resources.

NNCTR maintains operational relationships with various hospitals, including Scheer Memorial Hospital, Stupa Community Hospital, Maternity Hospital, TU Teaching Hospital and Kathmandu Medical College Hospital. The following is the organizational structure of NNCTR:
